ScoutIt app for iPhone and iPad

Within the Scout It app you can scout new locations provided by other users and save locations privately that you have scouted on your own. All locations are neatly organized under country, state, city, and then by more detailed words of your choosing. Also within the app you are able to host venues or studios you own for hourly or daily rentals to other creatives. Creatives likewise can book venues or studios within the app to have their next photoshoot at. Hunt is a feature where user can post a query and the other users can comment on it.

The hosted public venues can be searched and booked for a particular day and time slot.
-Venues are available in hourly slots for booking.
-Venue price can be provisioned while creation of the venue.
-Booking will need an approval from Host. Once approved, the user will need to make the payment which will complete the booking.
-Multiple user can send booking request for same time and same location. Host needs to approve the one to be confirmed.
-Once approved further booking for same slot and location cannot be done.
-There would be a commission defined in the administration part of the app. This would be applicable to all the booking made via the system. The commission component will belong to ScoutIt. The payment entitlement of host will be the booking amount minus the commission.

Bookings made can also be cancelled from the app itself.
-Booking can be cancelled any time only as full. There would be no partial cancellation facility.
-Booking once cancelled cannot be reverted back.
-Booking can be cancelled directly without a Host approval.
-Refund is not processed within the application. The venue owner will do the refunds outside the application in manual way based on various cancellation criteria.

SUBSCRIPTION (OPTIONAL)
The application is available for a basic price of $0.99 for the usage for infinite period. Users can use the basic features available:
-View locations from other users.
-Manage profile.
-View Hunts.
A free used cannot
-Create locations, Post Hunts and comment on any hunt.
-See any contact information of the venue.
-Send request for booking and mark a location favorite.
-Follow anyone or mark favorites.

-Price of Subscription: USD 4:99 [Team-monthly renewal]; USD 49:99 [Enterprise-annual renewal];
-Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.
-Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
-Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at a cost of USD 4:99 or USD 49:99 depending on monthly or yearly renewal.
-Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.

Once subscribed the user gets host of other features like:
-Manage profile & Locations
-Create public and private locations
-View and Post hunts.
-Comment on hunts.
-View contact information of venues.
-Request for booking of any venue.
-Mark a location Favorite.
-Follow other users.
-Manage Booking Requests

In case the user un-subscribes, the user will not be charged. The user will not be able to use premium features.
-The downgraded user will still be able to view self-created venues but will not be able to create new ones.
-Existing bookings will prevail, though new ones can’t be made for the venues of the downgraded user.
-The bookers will still be able to cancel the existing bookings of the downgraded user.
-In case of cancellations, the refunds will still be processed.
